To create a new post, navigate to your User Dashboard and click on the "New Post" button in the quick actions menu. You can add text, media, and format your content before publishing.

You can update your profile information by clicking on the settings gear icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar, then selecting "Profile Settings". From there, you can change your avatar, display name, and bio.

Once a poll is closed, users will no longer be able to submit new votes. The final results will be locked and displayed to all participants. You can still view closed polls in the "Active Polls" section of your dashboard under the "Closed" filter.

On the login page, click the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a password reset link with instructions to create a new password securely.

Yes, you have full control over your content. To delete a published post or poll, go to your Dashboard, locate the item in your activity feed, click on the three dots (options menu) in the top right corner of the post, and select "Delete". Please note that this action is irreversible.

If your profile updates aren't saving, ensure that all required fields are filled out correctly. Also, verify that any uploaded avatar images meet the size and format requirements (Max 5MB, JPG/PNG only). If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or contact our support team.
