A simple, refreshing drink to beat the heat—light, soothing, and full of flavor.
🥛 Ingredients
- Fresh curd (not sour) – 1 cup
- Water – 1 to 1.5 cups
- Salt – to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves – a small handful
- Curry leaves – 5–6
- Ginger – 1 small piece
- Cumin seeds (jeera) – ½ tsp
For garnish:
- Roasted cumin (jeera) powder – a pinch

- Take fresh curd in a bowl
- Add water and dilute it slightly

- Salt
